En el 2023-24, se instituyó el Premio Willard Brown para reconocer al mejor jugador importado de la temporada.

Selected as one of the 75 best players in the history of the Puerto Rico Professional Baseball League in 2013. In 2023-24, the Willard Brown Award was instituted to recognize the best imported player of the season.
